At Kandies World, we want you to be fully satisfied with your festival gear and accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a return.

  Submit a Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label before dropping the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
